Rachel Bailit Bio

Rachel Bailit’s personal strategy will unleash your highest potential to create powerful change in government. She will create a customized preparation for elected officials and candidates transforming tension into focused energy in the delivery of speeches and key meeting’s strategy.

Focusing on you as an individual, Rachel will show you how to tap into your personal experiences weaving them into a authentic, memorable and persuasive speeches.

She has coached many candidates in media training including debate preparation, interviews and crafting dynamic speeches.

Rachel brings an innovative approach to political consulting. She is a twelve-year faculty member at The Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute.

She is also a facilitator for New Politics, a bipartisan nonprofit organization that trains Veterans and Servant Leaders to run for office.

As an educator, Rachel taught for Trial by Human (Trial Lawyers), The Getty Museum, Dreamworks Animation, The Warner Animation Group, Veterans in Media and Entertainment, and SAG-AFTRA. She has lectured at The Shanghai Theater Academy, Boston University University, and Syracuse University.

She served as Assistant Political Director on Henry Bouchot’s California State Senate campaign.
